Alessa Quizon, Lindsay Perry & Frankie Harrer spent the day at the beach in San Clemente, CA testing out the new Surf Capsule wetsuits. They surfed local spot, Old Mans, pigged out on snacks, and enjoyed the simplicity of this laid-back, surf town.

A picture says a thousand words, but we wanted more, so we asked a few of our favorite San Clemente locals to share what they do while cruising through this surf-loving town.

9am // veggie croissant and coffee at Antoines Café
10am // harbor cruise and fishing in the dinghy with my boyfriend, Nathan, & dog, Coco
12pm // grab an acai bowl topped with honey and granola and head down to San Onofre to sunbathe, swim and read on the beach
6pm // take Coco, for a walk on the beach trail and enjoy the sunset
7pm // dinner at Sonny’s.

5:30am // wake up
6am // get some battles for 3 hours at Riviera
9:30am // hit Pipes Cafe for a big breakfast that consists of French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs and potatoes
12pm // golf at San Clemente Municipal
5pm // grab a BLT and an oreo shake at Capt. Mauri's
6pm // surf lowers for the evening session with a bunch of friends

7 am // Walk my dog at the little park down from my house above State Park.
8 am // Breakfast at Antiones (the breakfast croissant is incredible) with a soy, chai tea latte
9 am // Go for a surf at Trails (just past San O, a lot less crowded)
12 pm // Get 2 of Pedro's Tacos world famous fish tacos for $2.50 ea
12:15 pm // Walk across the street to Icons of Surf shop to dream about all the amazing boards I want and let my food settle
12:45 pm // Mid-Day surf at Cottons
2 pm // Nap time
4 pm // Go for a walk on the beach trail from State Park to the pier, walk to the end of the pier and people watch.
7 pm // Poke bowls at 9 Style Sushi
9 pm // Hit the sack

12pm // stop and pick up some snacks and drinks and head to the beach and play in the sand for about 4 hours
4:30pm // hike the back hills of San Clemente
5:00pm // stop home, regroup and hit the town. Head to the South of Nicks for Dinner.

10 am // off to S.C. Cafe for a delicious Nicole's Mix egg scramble
11:30 am // pack a bag with snacks, water, and magazines, grab my board and post up at the beach out front for the afternoon
4pm // When I'm good and tired, I'll come home and BBQ some salmon and veggies, have a few friends over and a few glasses of wine, and go to bed early. Man, that sounds good right now!
