Josh Moniz wins the Junior Pro ECSC, Seth finishes Runner-Up, Tommy Coleman wins the Menhuene Division and Jake Halstead takes the Ratings Lead
Go ahead and read that header again, "Josh Moniz wins the Junior Pro ECSC, Seth finishes Runner-Up, Tommy Coleman wins the Menhuene Division and Jake Halstead takes the Ratings Lead." That's quite a mouthful, and that only counts what our male riders did for the day. Our newest female rider Emory McClary won the Junior Pro and Women's Pro divisions, just to add a little icing to the East Coast day of victories. And if that wasn't enough, Courtney Conlogue won the 6 Star Swatch Girls Pro in France.
Yup, good day for team Billabong. Congrats kids, we look forward to many similar days in the future.
Tommy Coleman was on fire all event, absolutely destroying every wave that came his way.
Tommy Coleman is one stoked dude, win or loss.
Kaimana Jaquias had a good run but came up short in the Semis to none other than Josh.
Josh's brother Seth Moniz made it to the finals with him and did not fall to his brother's pressure, rather some tough brotherly love.
Josh took every wave to the shore during the final.
And when the waves offered a little launching ramp, he happily took to the air.
Proud owner of a new shoe.
