We spent time with the c r e a t i v e and b e a u t i f u l

Tara Rock, the girl behind Ladyslider.

Read on below to hear more about her and her time in Bondi!

"So what's the 411? How would you describe yourself and how did you get into such beautiful water photography?"

Tara: "I have always been a child of the sea and the curious, creative type. I took on water photography about 5 years ago when Tyler, my now husband, brought home an outdated water housing. Luckily, I had an outdated Canon 20D to match. Ever since then, I’ve been trying to perfect my surf photography skills just as much as my cross-step."

"How was your time in Bondi?"

Tara: "Bondi Beach was beautiful and has some of the clearest water I have ever seen. Contrary to the appearance of the photos, the water was quite cold for a couple of warm blooded Hawaii girls and a Gold Coast Aussie. But Flick and Malia were really good sports and managed to get through the cold water in bikini’s. I was fortunate enough to wear a full-suit through the experience (which I initially put on backwards.. go figure.) Everyone had a good laugh."
