    Describe your perfect day
Wake up before sunrise, grab a granadilla (my most favorite fruit), my longboard (or swim fins) and head to the ocean with my love. Surf with friends as the sunrises. When we can no longer stand the heat, come in for an epic breakfast. Smoothies are definitely involved. Later, teach a surf class or facilitate a photography workshop, or other creative-learning project with the local kids. Reading in the hammock. Afternoon pineapple. Brainstorming session for a social good project in the works. Taking and editing photos. In the evening, make an epic dinner, hang with friends, bonfire at the beach, singing, laughing, and whispering wishes to the stars. Going to sleep full of gratitude and excited for the sun to rise again.

Pulls at your heartstrings the most
The moment when I push a kid into a wave, they stand up, do a little dance, jump off their board (or wipeout), and come up to the surface, wiping their hair and the salt from their eyes, turning around, and looking back at me with this expression of pure bliss across their face, like Did you see what I just did?! I live for these moments.
